We offer a $10 per product shipping cost to our Melbourne Metropolitan customers.

For all Packs, Melbourne Metropolitan Shipping is calculated at $10 per item in the pack.

Jenjo’s Australia wide flat rate shipping is calculated by the SIZE/WEIGHT of EACH product. Unfortunately our courier services cannot delivery to the following locations:

  • Islands
  • P.O Box Addresses
  • Parcel Lockers
  • Post Offices (unless you own/work at one)

*Some remote locations get passed onto a 3rd party courier service to complete the delivery.

Jenjo Games currently only ships Australia & New Zealand Wide. For other international quotes please email us on jenjogames@gmail.com.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is complete

We dispatch orders daily every Monday-Friday during business hours.

  • Vic Metro = 1-2 Business Days
  • Vic Country, NSW & SA  = 2-4 Business Days
  • ACT, QLD & TAS = 3-5 Business Days
  • WA, NT = 5-12 Business Days

Please note: These are an approximate delivery time and can vary during a busy period or a pandemic.

Click & Collect is available on all orders for locals.

Select the ‘Local Pickup’ option at the checkout.

An email will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking details and the site in which you can track your order.

For any clear indication on the whereabouts of your order please track the item on the indicated website.

Any changes need to be done immediately.

For any orders placed over the weekend please email us on jenjogames@gmail.com.

Once the item has been dispatched we cannot change the order. Any redirection fees will need to be paid for by the customer.

Any items received that are defective please email: jenjogames@gmail.com. Please include photos of the defect, description and your proof of purchase.  Our staff will be in touch within 24 business hours.

If the item has not been received after 10 business of the expected date please contact us and we will launch an investigation with the courier company.

Please include your order number and tracking number when emailing us to ensure a quick and easy process.

Hire Terms & Conditions

4.1 An Order which is accepted by us will become a booking (“Booking”) and a Booking is secured once the Booking payment is paid in full either prior to or on collection of games for hire.
4.2 Game hire fees start at a minimum three (3) day hire period with additional day fees calculated in 24-hour block periods e.g. three (3) day hire is Friday 10am pick up and return by 10am Monday.

4.3 Pick up and return location is Jenjo Games’ Premises on a date and time arranged with Jenjo Games when booked.
4.4 All Game Hire requires a bond payment that equates to the minimum three (3) day hire of the selected games.
4.5 The bond is refunded once the game(s) have been returned and inspected by Jenjo Games and meet the following conditions:
4.5.1 Game(s) are designed to be used both outdoors and indoors. However if the weather is raining our games must to be brought undercover/indoors. Resulting in not doing this will forfeit all/part of your bond.
4.5.2 Game(s) returned in the same condition as picked up;
4.5.3 No evidence of breakage, damage or misuse;
4.5.4 Game(s) returned with all pieces and parts;
4.5.5 Game(s) neatly packed in the bag or box collected;
4.5.6 Game(s) in clean/dry condition, otherwise a cleaning fee will be deducted from Bond;
4.5.7 Game(s) returned by the pre-arranged day and time.
4.5.8 Game (s) returned in a dry condition.
4.6 If any of the conditions in clause 4.5 are not met then Jenjo Games are entitled to keep all or part of the bond payment to cover costs including, game replacements, breaks, damage, missing parts or pieces, game packaging, cleaning, late return fees or other associated costs.
4.7 Game(s) are to be used according to the rules provided.
4.8 Jenjo Games accepts no responsibility for any injuries or other losses sustained during the game hire period. You are fully responsible for the game(s) and any incidents that arise once the game(s) have left Jenjo Games’ Premises.
4.9 If you have any issues with the working order of our hire games you are required to email us at jenjogames@gmail.com prior to the event beginning with a photo/video evidence. If this is not provided you agree to the terms in clause 4.5.
5.1 Cancellation of game hire must be made in writing to jenjogames@gmail.com within 48 hours prior to Booking. Cancellation of game hire after this time will occur a $20 loss of Booking payment.
5.2 No Shows for pre paid bookings with no communication will result in the full hire being charged & only the Bond returned.

We dispatch all our products in its original carton which displays a Jenjo Logo and the product name.

We do offer a gift wrap service on certain products*. This option is available on the product page you are adding to your cart.

  • Paypal: Is a direct payment method which is cleared straight away
  • Credit Credit: Is a direct payment method which is cleared straight away
  • Bank Deposit: Can take up 3 business days to clear depending on which bank your with. (Jenjo Games is with the Commonwealth Bank)
  • Paypal eCheque: Can take upto 2-5 business days to clear.
  • Telephone Orders: Are accepted, please have credit card details ready.
  • Cash on Pickup: Is welcomed.

Accessories, Hire’s & Packs are NOT eligible for any discounts.

Please note you an only use 1 coupon code at checkout.

Any orders that are change of mind will need to be returned to our warehouse with the original package and have all contents included. Once the item has been returned and checked you will be refunded the cost of the item only. Any return shipping must be covered by the customer.

Products must be returned in the original packaging and the item must be returned to the warehouse in full.

All returns must be returned within 30 days of dispatch date.

Jenjo Games can issue tax invoices for orders purchased through our website. We are able to offer the following options to NDIS participants:

1. SELF-MANAGED:

Self-Managed Participants can use the invoice provided to claim directly from the NDIS themselves, (if funds are available in the appropriate support category).

Once you have placed your order, please email jenjogames@gmail.com and we will provide you with a specific tax invoice to submit for your claim. Please include the NDIS number in the email.

2. PLAN-MANAGED:

If you are Plan Managed, and would like us to invoice your plan manager directly, please email jenjoagmes@gmail.com with:

  • NDIS Number
  • Order Items
  • Address
  • Phone Number

Plan Manager Details:

  • Plan Manager Name
  • Email address for invoices

We will process the order for you and invoice the Plan Manager directly. Once funds are received from the Plan Manager, we will then dispatch goods directly to the participant.

When ordering multiple accessories please email use for a combined shipping quote because each item has a flat rate attached to it.

If you needing an accessory that we don’t have listed on our website, please email us & we can search our warehouse for that particular part as we carry replacements parts for almost every item.
